There are numerous people, who do not experience our dreams as a building block of our individual development. They can inform us what we need, desire or what we should change in our life to grow to be “complete” individuals.
We can discover a great deal from our dreams, use them in of our own growth and acquire solutions to countless of the problems that every now and then comes up in life.
- Write down the dream instantly ” all you recall as complete as feasible. As well as feelings and moods.
- Jot a little down on what happened the day before, and what concerns you at the moment.
- Look at the “surroundings” – which moods does it reflect. Reflect on if there is a situation in your daily life now that have a comparable feeling.
- Are there feelings, sentiments and passion you know from your life right now? Sensations associated with the “plot” can give you an idea of what situation relates to the dream.
- Ponder on individuals in the dream. Start by finding 3-5 descriptive adjectives ” how they are – properties – by individuals. Jot them down.
- Associate on animals, things and locations in the dream – use your own “feelings” prior to using symbol explanations. Jot them down one at a time.
- All ingredients of the dream are characteristics of yourself. It is you – not them, dream interpretation is about. Try out the personal qualities to find the rest day – the situation is the dream originated. There were multiple pages of your activity the day before, than you were fully aware of?
- Listen in on the feelings and reactions you experience when you tell about the dream. Listen also to your body. Listen more to your feelings, your heart than to your reason and your head.
- Do not be fearful or feel shame of your dreams. The unconscious speaks in capital letters. Death and destruction may be a new start, and sexuality shows that you incorporate facets of yourself.
- Attempt to think positively ” think on the good symbols for you as a side of yourself. Know that you can strengthen them yourself with energy from your own unconscious mind. Consider that the dream might show you something you had not thought of previously – a help from you to you. It helps you to make you more whole – not to debase or upset you.
- Listen to friends proposals and associations. Consider though, that you may be inspired, but you have to realize what your dream is about.
