I am sure you heard it a thousand times that blushing is a normal thing and that everyone does it, however if you are one of those people who blushers at time when most others don’t it can be very embarrassing and even cause some people to avoid social situations causing them to stay indoors and not really get the most out of life.
One of the main causes of excessive blushing is low self worth. Individuals who have a low self worth or self esteem will tend to blush a lot more than someone with a high self esteem. By knowing this then the cure to stop blushing is really rooted in your self worth, Build up your self worth and you stop blushing excessively and one when you are meant to.
If you do not cure your blushing and build up your self esteem and self worth your blushing problem can become a real problem as you may start to avoid many situations that you think might make you blush and in return start avoiding all social interactions altogether. When the fear takes over it can be murder to an individuals self confidence.
One way to stop your blushing is not simply ignore it, I know this sounds easier said than done and they it might be over simplified, however I know this might sound strange to a blusher but in most cases when you blush others do not even notice as long as you keep and maintain a peaceful appearance. Most people are too concerned what is going on with them than they are with everyone else. Learn to relax and stay calm from the inside
A good way to stop blushing is to relax your body. Our bodies can play a big role in what emotions we feel, if you stand up straight, chin up and put a smile on your face it is almost impossible to get depressed. When people blush their bodies are usually are tensed up. Relax, take 3 deep breaths and relax your body before you enter a situation that would normally make you blush.
